Community Gift Officer

The Community Gift Officer will be responsible for acquiring and engage benefactors to support the Bishop Dudley Mission through direct response channels. This position is responsible for managing and growing the endowment fund as well as raising money to be used toward the general operating budget for the Hospitality House and Center for Families. This position will serve as relationship manager for all benefactors and donor prospects. This individual is responsible for the annual giving program and all its components: Mass market, annual giving and direct response campaigns, direct mail/email, electronic philanthropy, peer-to-peer philanthropy and special event fundraising. This position will also supervise the Development & Marketing Manager. It is important to note that this position will not be responsible for event coordination, but rather its sole focus will be on engaging with donors.
